- Designed specialty paving, art elements and thematic planting plan for Northpark Square a master-planned community in Irvine.
- Proposed alternative wall and site furnishings for River Islands, a planned community, preserving the integrity of design, while reducing estimated costs by 30%.
- Initiated and conducted staff tours of downtown Los Angeles architecture and Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Gardens
